Geboren in 1919 op het eiland Gotland. Zijn tijdgenoten Poul Henningsen, Paavo Tynel en de Deense ontwerper Arne Jacobsen. In 1951 richtte hij zijn eigen bedrijf Hans Agne Jakobsson AB-Markaryd op, lampen, kandelaars en meubilair in de scandinavische stijl. Deze koepel lamp is een mooi voorbeeld. Aluminium. Licht krasje, mooie vintage staat. Diameter 40 cm.

In 1951 he founded his own company, Hans Agne Jakobsson AB Markaryd, lamps, chandeliers and furniture in the Scandinavian style. This dome lamp is a good example. Aluminum.
