Grote gebruikte tweedelige kast, onderdeel met vier schuifdeuren, bovendeel met vakindeling, plaats voor 4 schuifpanelen van glas, maar zit er niet bij. Bakeliete handvaten. Eenmalige kast, waarschijnlijk in opdracht van de fabriek gemaakt.
